These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Roofing Man website and services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Roofing Man provides professional roofing services including:

  • Roof leak detection and repair
  • Waterproofing
  • Reroofing and roof replacement
  • Roof coating
  • Roof insulation
  • Gutter services

Quotations

  • All quotations are provided after on-site inspection
  • Quotations are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated
  • Prices may change if scope of work changes
  • Written acceptance is required before work begins

Payment Terms

  • A deposit may be required before work commences
  • Final payment is due upon completion of work
  • We accept cash, bank transfer, and online payment
  • Late payments may incur additional charges

Warranty

Our warranty coverage includes:

  • Minimum 30-day warranty on repairs
  • Up to 2-year warranty on waterproofing work
  • Warranty covers workmanship defects
  • Material warranties are as per manufacturer terms

Warranty Exclusions

Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from natural disasters or extreme weather
  • Problems caused by lack of maintenance
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs by others
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Pre-existing conditions not identified in original quote

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are expected to:

  • Provide accurate information about roofing issues
  • Allow reasonable access to the property
  • Clear the work area of obstacles where possible
  • Inform us of any relevant property conditions
  • Make timely payment as agreed

Our Responsibilities

We commit to:

  • Providing professional workmanship
  • Using quality materials appropriate for the job
  • Completing work within agreed timeframes
  • Maintaining communication throughout the project
  • Cleaning up after work is completed
  • Honouring our warranty terms

Scheduling and Delays

  • Work dates are scheduled upon acceptance of quotation
  • Weather conditions may affect scheduling
  • We will communicate any delays promptly
  • Rescheduling due to weather is not a breach of contract

Cancellation

  • Cancellation before work begins: full refund of deposit
  • Cancellation after work begins: payment for completed work required
  • Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellation

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the contracted work. We are not liable for:

  • Consequential or indirect damages
  • Loss of business or income
  • Damage to contents inside the property
  • Issues arising from pre-existing conditions not disclosed

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and design, is the property of Roofing Man and may not be reproduced without permission.
